24-Month Limited Warranty

WBL LLC warrants your Webull Wallet hardware device against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. WBL LLC will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product covered by this warranty.

This warranty covers hardware functionality only. We cannot recover lost private keys, cryptocurrency, or digital assets. Always maintain secure backups of your recovery phrases and private keys. Data recovery is not covered under this warranty.
