By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Webull Wallet provides hardware cryptocurrency storage devices and accompanying software designed to help users securely store and manage their cryptocurrency private keys. Our Services include:

• Hardware wallet devices (Webull Classic and Webull Pro editions)
• Companion software applications
• Customer support and documentation
• Website and online services
• Software updates and security patches

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and recovery phrases
• Keeping your private keys and seed phrases confidential
• Using strong, unique passwords for any associated accounts
• Promptly notifying us of any security concerns
• Understanding cryptocurrency risks and regulations in your jurisdiction

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws

• We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys
• Transaction data remains exclusively on your device
• We cannot recover lost private keys or access your cryptocurrency

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our Services are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely in connection with your Webull Wallet device.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software or services without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 No Financial Advice

We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency investments are highly risky and volatile. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

6.2 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Services for maintenance, security, or other business reasons.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide customer support for our products but cannot guarantee resolution of all technical issues, especially those related to third-party software or services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
